What is Taekwondo Bongsul

Grand Master, Yong Dai Cho created Taekwondo Bongsul (with stick) as part of a standard Taekwondo training program.

Taekwondo Bongsul techniques include sparring, patterns and breaking. Taekwondo Bongsul involves training with one stick, resulting in an increase of muscle development and physical well-being, whilst increasing mind control. Taekwondo Bongsul makes martial arts more interesting and encourages all ages in Taekwondo training.

Grand Master, Yong Dai Cho hopes that by adding Taekwondo Bongsul as another Taekwondo element, further improvements can be made to Taekwondo in general. Taekwondo Bongsul can be practised by both, current Taekwondo practitioners in the Taekwondo community and also by non Taekwondo practitioners.

Taekwondo Bongsul has been devised so that the techniques can be widely learned and practiced by people of all Taekwondo skill levels.
